Where do you deliver?+
Our home base is Hope, New Jersey. We are planning select Morris, Sussex, and Warren routes, including Randolph, Chester, Mendham, Long Valley, Sparta, and nearby neighborhoods. ZIP screening is preliminary. Your street address, access, route time, and capacity determine final coverage. Fringe locations need a custom route review.
Is this shipped in a box?+
No. Our local crew brings the materials to your home. This is regional delivery, not parcel shipping, curbside carrier freight, or a nationwide online store. The agreed drop-off location is confirmed with you.
Can I order delivery without setup?+
Yes. Choose local crew delivery and arrange the materials yourself. Choose delivery with setup to have us install a customer-approved plan. Final pricing for the selected service is confirmed before payment; the prototype shows draft display estimates.
How does design approval work?+
For setup, send three current photos: a full front view and a view from each side. Add clear porch dimensions, step count, and access notes. The planned production studio will offer designs on your actual porch; our crew checks materials, fit, and safe access before you approve the final image, placement plan, item list, and quote. This demo uses labeled sample designs, not live AI transformations.
Will it look exactly like the approved design?+
We will work to the approved layout, quantities, palette, and placement plan. Natural pumpkins, flowers, and bales vary in shape, size, and tone, so an AI image is not a pixel-for-pixel guarantee. Any material or layout substitution needs your approval before installation.
What needs to be ready when you arrive?+
Your porch must match the approved photos and agreed measurements. Clear the installation area as shown, provide safe access and parking, and secure pets. Do not move planters or furniture into the approved space. Changed conditions, blocked access, or safety concerns pause setup until a revised plan is approved. Any extra work or price must be agreed in advance.
Do I have to be home?+
Not necessarily, once access, drop-off, and the approved setup plan are confirmed. The crew needs a reliable contact in case the space has changed. Unattended delivery or setup is not permission to improvise or block a door, step, handrail, vent, or exit.
Can you remove the display after the season?+
Yes. End-of-season removal is an optional paid extra, not included in delivery, setup, or the display price. We quote the return visit separately based on the display and address. You approve the fee and pickup window before it is booked. We collect the materials supplied for your original order, not unrelated household items. Without this add-on, your display stays with you.
Can I place a real order in this preview?+
Not yet. You can try both service paths, photo intake, sample design approval, and a demo request. Payments, real AI generation, customer notifications, routing, and live inventory are not connected. No delivery is booked and nothing is sent to the crew.
